Which areas do you cover?
Gurugram and New Delhi to start, beginning with Gurugram Central, Palam Vihar and Dwarka, and South Delhi. Leave your number if you are elsewhere and we will tell you when we reach you.
What if it is an emergency?
Call 108 at once. Care Pro AI checks for danger signs first and tells you to call 108 instead of booking a home visit.
Who decides on medicines and injections?
A registered doctor. The nurse sends the case from your home, the doctor reviews it and signs an e-prescription, and only then does the nurse treat.
How do I pay?
By UPI. The visit shows a QR code; after paying you type the UPI reference and our team confirms it. No cash.
Can my parent's doctor refer us?
Yes. Doctors who work with us have a referral code. Enter it when you ask for a call back or book, and your doctor sees the visit report.
How do I know the carer is genuine?
Every carer has a numbered Mediksha Academy certificate. Type the number or scan its QR code on our Verify page.
